Buying a Used RV Online

Over the past decade more and more of our customers have shopped and found us online. It has really been a great blessing for us. We are able to reach customers that in pre-internet days we would have been unable to. As a result we have customers from Canada, Australia, and all of the lower 48 states including Washington, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Texas.
These customers that come from so far away all have a similar story. When asked "Why did you travel so far to buy an RV?". Generally their answer is somewhere along the lines of you had the vehicle I was looking for, it was the right price, and it seemed in contacting you that it was easy to do business at Paul Sherry RVs. They also express a fear. There is an unknown when buying over the internet. You might have running through your head questions such as: "Is the person I am buying from a real person", "Is the vehicle I am purchasing a real vehicle", "Is the vehicle going to be "as described" or are there going to be issues when I get there", "Are they going to be able to show me how to work everything such as how to start the generator and how to winterize it". The questions can be endless. To help ease your fear of buying online from Paul Sherry RVs let me tell you our process we take when selling a vehicle.
1) All new and pre-owned RVs go through service before they are sold. This stage is know as "dealer prep" in the industry. A certified RV Technician will go over all of the systems of the RV to make sure everything is working properly. This assures our customers that they are going to get a fully functioning RV. At Paul Sherry RVs there is no additional charge for "dealer prep".
2) Next the RV gets thoroughly cleaned inside and out. The interior cleaning includes a sterilization process that is approved by the State of Ohio. We also steam clean carpet and furniture as needed, disinfect and clean kitchen appliances, disinfect and clean toilet and shower in bathroom, and use a powerful ionizer to eliminate odors.
3) The RV is put onto the lot for sale. We take a full description of the RV with over 20 pictures and put it online for sale. Also all RVs are priced allowing the customer to see what they can buy for their money without haggling with a salesperson.
4) A valued customer comes in
and purchases the RV.
5) All paperwork (Title work, Bank Financing if needed, warranty, and 30-day temporary tag) is completed in the business office.
6) A thorough walk-through with a service tech is completed with the customer. This process will demonstrate that all systems are working, teach you how to work the different systems, and give you tips and advice on maintaining your motorhome or camper.
7) That is it! You are now the owner of your new (to you) RV or Travel Trailer and ready to go camping. You can hit the road now, or if you would like stay with us for a night to two, you are more than welcome. We have a beautiful location with electric hookup right on a 3 acre pond. (Better bring your fishing pole)
I hope this eases any fear that you might have when buying online from Paul Sherry RVs. If you have purchased from us in the past leave a review with us via email or Google places of your positive experience.
