Georgetown by Forest River

Structure:  When you buy a Georgetown or Georgetown XL, top quality construction comes standard. Here are just a few of the highlights:

The frame is built sturdy with 3" laminated steel framed floor, and laminated aluminum framed sidewalls and roof. Georgetown also includes an under floor steel truss system to provide extra support and a smooth ride. As any RV owner knows, water leaks are the worst enemy when it comes to longevity and resale value. Georgetown minimizes the possibility of leaks with a one-piece laminated fiberglass roof as well as an extra protective front and rear fiberglass cap. They also feature slide room covers, High-Gloss Gelcoat fiberglass sidewalls (standard in XL models), one-piece Rotocast storage compartments (completely waterproof), and a one-piece windshield. All these features are designed to keep your Georgetown coach looking and performing like new for years to come!

Living:  You will find flush mounted halogen ceiling and accent lighting, as well as day/night shades throughout the coach. This allows you to let the natural sunlight in during the day, and block out street lights and provide your own rich and efficient lighting at night. The furniture is a leatherette material that is soft, comfortable, and very durable. When parked, the cockpit can becomes part of your living area by blocking out the windshield with the sun shades, and rotating the drivers and passenger seat to join the rest of the living area.

Kitchen:  Each Georgetown XL is equipped with all stainless steel equipment. Included is the 30" over-the-range microwave, a stainless steel LG oven with sealed burners, a 9' curved door stainless steel refrigerator. Both the Georgetown and Georgetown XL is have an under mount stainless steel sink with pull-out sprayer faucet, and solid-surface counter tops, including flush mount range and sink covers for extra working space when they are not in use.

Bathroom:  The bathrooms in the Georgetown RVs are designed to be roomy and comfortable. You will find solid surface counter tops, linoleum floors, and a porcelain toilet (XL models). The shower is a large, one piece fiberglass shower with a skylight to let in that natural light in the morning.

Bedroom:  In the bedroom you will enjoy the walk around king or queen bed with storage below (king bed in 337 and 360). Washer/dryer prep is standard in the Georgetown XL. The bedroom also has the same right lighting and shades mentioned above.
