What separates Sunset Trail Travel Trailer by Crossroads RV from the pack?
Lite Weight
Sunset Trail are built to be a lite weight travel trailer. They range from 4000 lbs - 7200 lbs, depending on the floor plan you choose. This means that they can be towed by most half-ton trucks, as well as a variety of smaller trucks, vans, or SUVs. But don't confuse "lite weight" with "plain, boring, and minimal features!" Crossroads has managed to achieve these lite weights without sacrificing quality, utility, or beauty through the use of aluminum framing and top notch engineering. There is also a great variety of options and floor plans to choose from (see below).

The Tan, Brown and Blue exterior color scheme really stands out. I can't tell you how many compliments we get. Inside, the leather furniture, LCD television(s), electric fireplace, hardwood cabinets, solid surface counter tops and decorative window valences provide a luxurious and comfortable appearance.

There have been a number of new floor plans introduced in 2012 including a fifth wheel (one floor plan released, more to come). The
20CK is a great couples or small family floor plan. It features a
walk-around queen bed, large rear corner bathroom and ergonomically
designed kitchen for the chef in the family (listed from smallest to

Quality Construction: CrossRoads has managed to make the Sunset Trail a lite weight travel trailer without sacrificing quality.
- Frame: The Sunset Trail uses an aluminum frame in order because it is strong and lite weight. The frame uses 6" - 8" aluminum I-beams that on top of a 3,500 lb axles. It uses a hung wall construction with 16" OC aluminum studs, as opposed to the laminate construction found in other lite weights. In short, you have a solid frame to work on without a lot of weight.
- Exterior: All Sunset Trail models have a one piece rubber roof to prevent leaking, a molded front cap for extra protection against wind and road debris, and tinted safety glass windows. The Reserve Package also includes a rounded roof so that you won't get puddles of water sitting on top of it. The walls are fiberglass coated for a seamless, low-maintenance finish. The underbelly is fully enclosed for protection against the elements.
- Interior: The floor uses 5/8" tongue and groove plywood
that creates a nice strong surface to stand and walk on. The
kitchen counter tops are solid surface and the cabinetry uses hardwood
construction in order to keep the inside looking great for many years to
come!

The Sunset Trail 24RB is a great floor plan for the small family or for just two campers. It's large on living and small on weight. The sofa is located accross from the dinette table for entertaining with friends.

The 25RB is a great family camper. The deep slide in the living area really opens things up for family entertainment. The dinette and couch are located in the slide and both have a great view of the entertainment center. The open layout in the kitchen allows you to cook a gourmet meal where ever you are.

This spacious unit is perfect for the traveling couple or small family. It features a large super-slide with hide-a-bed sofa and dinette with storage underneath the booth. There is plenty of living space for entertaining and lounging. The private master suite includes a queen bed, wardrobes, corner shower, and private bath.

Sunset Trail ST29RL 360 Degree Virtual Tour of Living Area
This 40" super slide floor plan features a kids suite with bunk beds and opposite of the bunk beds a junior dinette that converts into another sleeping area, also a flip down bed is located above the junior dinette. We can't forget about mom and dad, with queen size bed, a 32" swivel LCD TV and pocket doors for privacy. The super booth dinette will seat six comfortably.

This great rear living floor plan comes standard with a raise lower 32"LCD TV out of the rear cabinet. When you're not watching the TV you can lower the TV and enjoy the outdoor scenery through the massive 72" x 40" window. The bathroom features two access doors one located in the bedroom and the second located in the main living area. The kitchen features a huge pantry to store all your camping favorites.
